Paul Weathers, is a caffeine-dependent Sr. Business Consultant with Waters Business Consulting Group. Paul cut his chops early as a young entrepreneur launching and running a successful carpet cleaning business. Impressively by the age of 26, Paul jumped into the hospitality industry working his way up to be a hotel general manager. After several years running a hotel in downtown Phoenix, a change of fate took him traveling all across the country installing critical computer systems into hotels and training crews who installed those hotel systems. After the dot-com boom and bust, Paul decided to settle down, landing a corporate job providing stability and benefits for his family.

After 15 years at the corporate job, Paul once again was pulled back into the world of entrepreneurship by the entrepreneurial magnet. He ventured into web development, marketing, a coffee distribution business, and now enjoys running his real estate business while simultaneously making investments in addition to his love for business consulting with Waters Business Consulting Group. Paul has been a valued resource and contributor to the success of our Client’s businesses and our firm since 2014.

When he's not working, you can usually find him enjoying nature hiking with his wife or just chilling in the backyard grilling and enjoying time with family and friends.
